LifeAnon is a nonprofit community group based on the 12-Step model providing a confidential space in which to share the truth of our lives; the struggles, joys, heartbreaks, and triumphs.

 

All are welcome. There are no prerequisites for attendance.

 

At LifeAnon we don't seek to fix or advise, we simply bring a quiet attention and willingness to be present with each other. We find that when we speak and listen with open hearts and minds, we strengthen the energy of compassion and kindness not only in ourselves, but in our families, communities, and our world as well.
